Referral Program Overview
Free Monthly Grief & Bereavement Support Sessions
🌿 Because no one should walk through grief alone.
Grief is deeply personal—and for many low-income individuals and families, accessing support can feel out of reach. That’s why I offer up to two free grief and bereavement sessions each month for three individuals who are experiencing loss and may need extra emotional support.
These sessions are created to:
- Offer a safe, compassionate space to process grief
- Support emotional healing and coping after loss
- Provide grounding tools and gentle strategies for managing grief
This monthly offering is for those navigating financial or emotional hardship. You are welcome to book for yourself, a loved one, or refer a friend, family member, or coworker who may benefit. Referrals help extend this support to those who may be quietly struggling.
🗓 Session Details:
- Scheduled on Thursdays at 2 PM, 4:15 ,PM &6:30PM
- Limited to 3 individuals per month, based on individual circumstances
- Sessions must be booked at least 2 days in advance
- An intake form must be completed before the first session
